Job Overview
The Director HR / Admin will be responsible for leading and managing the HR and administrative functions of the organization. The role focuses on talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits, and full compliance with HR policies and labor laws. On the administrative side, the role includes oversight of facilities management, fleet operations, procurement, and support services to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Qualification & Experience
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or HRM from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Applicants should have at least 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in public, private, or international organizations. The maximum age limit is 45 years at the time of closing.
